Saya setuju, memang muda mudi mahukan pembaharuan, jangan cara mengelolakan dan perjalanan konferensi sama sahaja setiap tahun, boring ! bosan! ingat muda mudi berdarah panas hahahaha untuk Tuhan juga harus kreatif ...
Boring ada, berdarah panas ada, cuma adakah kepanasan untuk mengerjakan apa yg Tuhan bicarakan kepada kita melalui Hamba Tuhan yg datang memberkati kita dgn firman Tuhan.....Wow i bukan nak menuduh saya kira keadaan kita terutama SIB dan PMM SIB tak seperti ini sahaja klu kita meneruskan KEPANASAN HAUS untuk menjangkau jiwa-jiwa ..for me dan doa saya agar kita semua jgn panas seminggu..sebulan setahun tapi selamanya....APA YANG KITA BOLEH BANGGAKAN BELUM TENTU TUHAN BANGGAKAN...SO..GBU

Ya sememangnya begitu, tetapi masih juga kita berbalik kepada reality anak-anak muda masa kini, kena tengo atmos, georafi, perubahan masa dan sebagainnya....... sekurang-kurangnya apa yang kita banggakan kita pergunakan untuk kemuliaan Tuhan, jangan sampai anak-anak muda mencari alternative lain seperti diskotik dan narkoba dan sebagainya ... tu point nya ..... trus kreatif 4 Jesus...
Pembaharuannya harus lebih kepada penerimaan terhadap apa jua keadaan muda mudi itu sendiri, jangan kerna kita lihat individu itu "begini" dan "begitu", "salah ini" dan "salah itu" tetapi dengan sepenuh kasih kita harus menerima mereka tanpa melihat pada keadaan individu itu sendiri....

Saya lebih terdorong untuk dengar kesaksian bagaimana "bersahabat dengan orang berdosa tapi tidak berdosa"! Bagaimana membentuk komuniti kristen yg powerful! Teaching dan doktrin memang penting tapi kalau tidak dapat dihidupi bersama2 dengan orang kristen yg lain tak ada gunanya! Itu syok sendiri namanya. Ingin jadi kristen dengan kualiti rohani abad pertama! Dahsyat!!!!!!

Aku rasa pendapat seseorang tu mencerminkan kematangannya. Kalau sekadar 3 langkah takkanlah pula Alkitab tu setebal lebih 1 inci. Tapi mungkin itu sahaja yang mampu dimengertinya buat masa ini. Takpalah. Tunggu beberapa tahun mungkin pandangan akan lebih matang.

Orang Kristian jadi la saksi dalam politik, business, bidang seni, perubatan, charity, pendidikan, entertainment... ah jaga pintu pintu2 bidang ini.. supaya kuasa setan tidak berkuasa dalam bidang2 ini.
Memang Alkitab itu tebal. What's the message inside? How do live according to His decrees and laws if we're not reading the Bible? Read the Bible, pray for God's guidance, worship for His goodness and the rest will follow. What will follow? we'll be transformed according to His grace. Transformed in a good way.
How we build our faith in God? Again, read the Bible, pray, and worship and glorify His Name. What are we doing in Church? We are listening to the God's Word, praying, and worshipping His name, right?. When we do something, do we conform ourself to the Word of God? Do we pray? Are we worshipping Him?

if your method really works.. so keep it up brother..But if it's not.. just open for any other options that can build the kingdom of God. After all we are still on earth.. we are not perfect..we all still learning..until we are resurrected in Chirst.GBU.
I am not counting of how many soul been saved but God knows it. Am I discipling? Yes I am.
I am agree with your thought of perfection. Paragon is far beyond our reach but God tells us in Matthew 5:48.
"You, therefore, must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect."
I believe that God commands us to do so. How to strive for the perfection? It is through Jesus. As He said in John 14:6
"I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but by me. "
Believe in Him, pray to Him, and worship Him. How to be perfect? The best is to emulate our God, Jesus Christ. How are we emulating Him? Know Him from perpetual reading of the Bible. Why Bible? Because It is the Word of God.

Staring.. Apa yang ko katakan tu memang betul.. kita mesti memulakan segala sesuatu dari hati kita terlebih dahulu... without kemahuan yang sungguh2 ori dari dalam hati kita, pastinya segala sesuatu tdak akan tercapai. Ini bukan shj dipraktikkan oleh orang2 Kristen tetapi jg oleh orang2 yg x mengenal Dia. Even the atheis beleives on self-confident and self-enrichment. Sbenarnya point saya d cni ialah, we cannot do it by ourselves!... yet we say that evrything start from our heart we are still a weak creation to Him.. I just want to tell u Staring that ur idea is too simple.. that's a good job BUT beware that satan is always trying to pour deceptive ideas to us... Ur idea seems holy but u are lacking a few things! Did u consider about the Holy Spirit's work among us??? U just mention about praise&worship, pray, and read the bible.... how about our daily life?? Do we practice wut we learn from the bible? And how is our 'penyerahan' to Him? I agree on ur ideas but I just want to add some more which I think may help us..
Pray For HIS guidance in life, For others, urself > Praising & Worshipping HIS name and Read the Bible > Put the Words into practice! > Share HIS words > Be content in evrything > GIVE THANKS.
Hei guys out there... This is neither idea nor new thoughts or steps for being saved.. NO! THis is onlysome of useful guidelines which may help us... I'm not teaching a new thoughts.. My God is Jesus! I am a servant of Him... If there is/are sth wrong with evrything i say, please rebuke me.. The greatest pembaharuan is that Jesus has come to the world and saved evryone of us.. Be careful with decetive thoughts... That's one of satan and his cohorts' strategy to destroy our faith in Jesus. I want to tell all of you that we are a new creation in Jesus!! We don't need to argue it.. THat's a fact.. We've been saved by His grace and not by our strength!!
AND ONE THING AGAIN,,... BE CAREFUL WITH EVERYTHING THAT COMES OUT FROM UR MOUTH.. WE REAP WHAT WE SOW... When we teach, we are doing A VERY BIG TASK which will 'dipertanggungjawabkan' by HIM once the judgement day come.

If you're reading this forum from the beginning, I was suggesting 3 ways to make a breakthrough. However this method is merely based on my observation, reading and hearing. Others may have their own methods but finally our methods are focused on - Son, Father and The Holy Spirit.
We have the same destiny-to win the race which is heaven. God will give us the winner's trophy. We're all in the tournament. Every player will choose their winning methodologies - practice, read the game instruction, diet, mental strength, .... and so on.
What were we discussing here is the winning methodology. Some methods are just auxiliary and some are necessity. To me the necessities are - read and follow the game instruction, practice, register yourself, and participate in the game.
read the game instruction-read the bible practice - pray, worship, etc register - give yourself to be baptised. participate - follow what's God said through the Bible and the Holy Spirit.
I surfed this web regularly. As an older generation of SIB I am both sad & sorry to see how the youth acted today. Mind me, just read back what all of you type in this section of the forum.
Do you really want Changes/tranformation etc? What changes & tranformation?. Every where muda/i are saying, "we want changes; we want creative ways; we want to be understand & the list of "wants" goes on & on.
Do a simple word study about "Transformation,renewal or revive" in the Bible. Do you know what the bible talks about tranformation? What tranformation? As a beginning read Roman 12:1-2. What does Paul says about "Transform" & why he says that?
Now I want to ask all of you. Do you read your bible consistently and with deligent? How do you read it? Do you pray? Do you, common muda/i, involve yourself seriously in your church intercessor?. Do you know the meaning of the word "worship"? Some of you think worship is "singing" or "praise & pray". Singing & praying is just a part of our worship. Woship in biblical sense is "our whole being" (heart, mind, soul & might) presenting to God & His will.
Why are some of you are so upset with Staring when he suggest the 3 steps he mention? We need to get back to our spiritual discipline especially in our world today. If you address you own brother & sister as "Nato", well you need tranformation!!. Transformed Christ's' followers address each other with "love" (John 13 :34,35) & "admonish one another with all wisdom and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God" (Col.3:16).
No matter in what era you live, you need this spiritual discipline. The urges that fires you as muda/i today is your hunger for christlikeness. You will only find it in Jesus. Where do you find Jesus? You will find Him in the Bible. Do you read your Bible & pray? No wonder so many muda/i today doesn't experience the real Jesus in their lives. Not that the older Generation doesnt understand them. It is the muda/i doesnt want "wisely wisdom" from the older generation. So "be transform by the renewing of your mind. THEN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TEST AND APPROVE WHAT GOD'S WILL IS - HIS GOOD, PLEASING AND PERFECT WILL". (Ro. 12:2). It's no use to tranforms the way we sing, music, dance etc (even if you invited the most gifted preacher of our day) if you yourself neglect of basic spiritual disciplines which has transform the world, You & me. Some of you enjoy music but neglect the reading of your bible & pray. That is unbalance worship. Freedom without discipline brings disaster. Our worship must be whole.
